With deep experience in telecommunications and infrastructure deployment, he has been instrumental in shaping Delcom into a trusted partner for enterprises, system integrators, and government organizations across India.

Vikram Singh is a lead journalist and editor at Delcom, with a background that bridges media, technology, and product development. A self-taught web developer and seasoned media and communications expert, Vikram has worked across multiple verticals, bringing a technical mindset to modern journalism and digital storytelling.

He is also the co-founder and Chief Platforms Architect of Delcom News, a growing news software platform reimagining how stories are built and delivered for today’s readers. At Delcom News, Vikram led the platform vision, technical architecture, and helped shape the technology and editorial distribution behind coverage spanning cybersecurity breakthroughs, the latest developments in artificial intelligence, and the scientific advances shaping our world.

With a unique blend of editorial leadership and technical fluency, Vikram focuses on building platforms and narratives that are credible, accessible, and designed for the modern news consumer.

Throughout her career, Hema has successfully led sales, marketing, services, media, and operations for enterprise technology portfolios, including Avaya solutions. Her leadership has consistently delivered sustained growth through disciplined channel management, impactful product launches, and differentiated brand positioning. She is widely recognized for building high-performing partner networks, executing turnaround strategies, and maintaining strong P&L ownership with healthy gross margin performance.

At Delcom, Hema also oversees the strategic development and growth of Delcom News, the company’s media platform dedicated to technology, cybersecurity, and innovation. Working closely with Editor-in-Chief Vikram Singh, she ensures the platform remains a trusted, credible source of insight—balancing editorial independence with market relevance.
